Coverage is why I ordered the TuxMat set. I currently have the Model S mats and they fit fairly well in the 3, with a bit of modification, but the TuxMat has superior coverage and I liked the look more. Just waiting on them to arrive.

I had WeatherTech mats for our S and wouldn't recommend them. The coverage was great for driver's side, passenger side front of the footwell was far too low - leaving the carpet exposed to shoes and whatever was on them.

More importantly, the plastic material was far too hard and slippery underfoot and felt cheap (esp at the price!). My wife in particular hated them, especially when she was in heels.

Whatever happened to floor liners for the Model 3?
