She’s holding what appears to be a regular J1772 cable. What’s your point?
Every Tesla ever sold in the US comes with a J1772 adapter and it’s trivial to remove the cable from a charging Tesla because it doesn’t lock into the charge port (the adapter does, but not the station cable without extra effort).
This looks like a Volta J1772 charging station. Someone can easily unplug the cable while leaving the adapter in the charge port unless you have one of these:

Most amazing thing in this thread is the number of people that have never used their J1772 adapter to charge at a publicly available L2 station. Images in question are probably taken as still images from Sentry mode footage.
