What the Heck Tesla?

Just picked up my new P100D, the replacement to my flooded P90D. Waited patiently, tried not to get too worked up about the negativity on the forums, was ready to be excited. Uhhhhhh. Delivery specialist told me, when I asked where the phone dock was, that Tesla discontinued it because too many people were using cases. Uh huh. Phone dock hardware was sitting in the Frunk. Hey, the door handles aren't auto-presenting after I enabled in settings. Ah, that's just because you are in the service center. Uh huh. When I try to connect to my house wifi, the whole phone/LTE/Wifi system goes into a reboot loop. Uh huh. Happens while I'm on the phone with Tesla asking why, for thirty minutes after I took delivery, I got no audio from radio/xm/etc.... Wasn't on mute, could see the volume changing, just no sound. Then it magically came back. The stuff I expected was seeing the lanes bouncing around on the IC. Very weird. But I was able to use AP after only 35 miles of driving, and it worked very well. Handled some things that my AP1 never could. Yes, there was some minor aberrant behaviour, but overall thumbs up (yes, yes I know....so far). But seriously, what the heck!!?? Was on 17.36 something with an update waiting. Will update and see if my new bad boy suddenly decides to behave, but I have been looking forward to getting my new Tesla for 6 weeks and then this. wow.....

Your AP calibrated very quickly, I don't recall anyone posting such a low mileage figure. Mine took about 60 miles to start working, which I was very happy about since the DS told me it would be 150 to 200 miles.

Congrats on your new car. I'm sure the minor bugs you describe will get straightened out. Relax and enjoy the ride!
