Hw4 is coming end of 2022 according to Elon. HEPA filter already happened. 4680 cells have been delayed. Maybe to mid year? No word on adjustable suspension happening soon.
Model Y has Hepa filter, but Model 3 does not AFAIK. Do you have link to a Model 3 with a factory Hepa filter (presumably we are talking about the large ones like on the other models that is in the frunk area instead of the cabin)?

Oh thanks for the correction. Didn't realize it was only for the Y. Read about a year ago happened for Model 3 in China, but then saw an update that Tesla said that was a mistake.

Rumor: parking assist cameras are coming with HW4 late next year.
If 4 cameras are for parking like mobileye's implementation then that means 13 - 4 = 9 cameras or one additional camera for driving? Or is the indoor cabin camera counted in the 13 count? Then no additional FSD cameras for HW4, just 4 additional parking cameras.

I'll start a new rumor: 2023 vehicles will come with parking cameras or 360 park view.

Tesla promised Hertz a standard car and Hertz will never pay to unlock the heaters. So it’d be better to just sell heaters to everyone than to give away 100k inactive ones to Hertz.

Not sure I understand what you're trying to say here- The car has the physical HW either way, Every SR sold has inactive heated rear seats NOW.

By keeping them SW locked Tesla gets $300 free money from anyone who wants em turned on. Turning them on from the factory costs them 100% straight profit from those unlocks, to no apparent benefit to Tesla since they've got 6+ months of backorders from demand being so high.

That's... kinda weird honestly.

Putting em behind a SW unlock was free money. The cars are backordered till June 2022 at this point, not like these not being standard was hurting sales.
While there is still high demand, it does give a little bit to those that are forced to pay a higher price without costing Tesla much (same with making MSM paint free). Paying a higher price still doesn't feel good, so to get a little something is still going to be appreciated.
