Will FSD 12 Pull Over If You Fall Asleep?

Currently, if you fall asleep or become incapacitated, FSD will eventually just stop in the middle of the road.

FSD 12 now knows how to pull off the road. I wonder if it will pull over if all the nags are ignored.
That would be a deviation from the current FSD protocol. That means the release note would prominently tout this new feature of Auto Lane Change to the inside of a road shoulder. And the press and YouTube would all go crazy about it!

There is likely a liability/technical problem with pulling off the road while you are NOT in control. This would likely require it to be a L3 system (probably L4 since you can't take over) at a minimum to "drive" the car by itself even if it is only a short distance. Also there are an ∞ number of edge cases when it would need to do this. I suspect this will have to wait until the "end of the year" when we get Full Self Driving. 🤣
