Window Config for Reducing Helmholtz Resonance?

This concerns the wind buffeting that occurs when driving at highway speeds with the driver side window open.

I know I'm overthinking this, but has anyone experimented with an ideal window opening configuration for reducing this buffeting with the least noise? Opening the front driver window and then cracking the back window on the same side works okay, but perhaps one of you has found a better solution.

Helmholtz resonators work well in exhaust setups on archaic ICE cars, what we need is active noise cancelling which is a proven solution for cabin noise.

Expect wind and general cabin noise to get worse with upcoming Tesla models as the brand digs dipper into mainstream appliance territory.
