Window washer fluid low

Whatever the garage forecourt has on offer for me. Ready mixed so I don't have to mess about when it needs refilling.
One thought to consider is that there seems to be a vague correlation between people that have used coatings on their windscreen and the people who have the worst experience with auto wipers etc - seems plausible that these coatings change the way water sits on the screen and affects the cars response. You might want to keep away from any washes that claim to do anything fancy.
[So far blackcurrant squash does not seem to affect auto lights/wipers so feel free to use that if that's your preference

I just refill with any forecourt/supermarket ready mixed washer fluid wherever I need to fill it up.

I went for a 25L container of concentrated stuff off Amazon - works out a lot cheaper, only hassle is diluting it. I don't go to forecourts anymore (obvs) so wouldn't be buying it from there!

I generally pick up Prestone Ready to Use Screen Wash when I'm at screwfix. -10c rated, reasonably priced. (Note: As there isn't an engine to heat the washer, a decent freezing point is more important for an EV)

Clears everything away without smears (except minor bugs of course, they are recurring on a Tesla)

No I’ve always been grateful, I’d rather have a squirt than a trickle when I need it.
