Hatch is open and light is not on. The light in the frunk is fine, as are all the other interior lights.

I’m pretty sure there is something wrong with my trunk light on my Model Y I just took delivery on. But before I open a service request, I just wanted to make sure it’s not me. Done lights and other interior lights turn on. But I have yet to see the trunk light go on. Any thoughts?

If you are talking CA VIN activity, then I'd say most CA deliveries have been historically made at the End of Quarter push. Guesses are that quicker to deliver in CA from factory vs east coast. So you'll see most deliveries start east and work west as quarter goes on. We'll probably see some CA...

Found out from Tesla that I was "matched" to a VIN that is in Rocklin and is now waiting to get on a truck to Burbank. I am hoping this is not a reject and just one the buyer opted out or wasnt qualified. Vin 224xxx and EDD shows July 9-12.

So looking at the Teslike Model Y order spreadsheet, looks like my VIN comes in just before some others that were delivered before EOQ in nor.Cal. So I think the thought of Tesla doing their EOQ push focused on NorCal makes sense. Mine probably sat for a bit off the factory since I am SoCal...

Finally got the big blue button and VIN 224xxx. EDD July 8-11. EDD was dancing around end of July-Aug. Ordered 4/29, profile complete 6/1. Now I have to get Tesla to reset my pricing back to 4/29 pricing due to their mistake of resetting my order on 6/14. Wish me luck.

So an SA just told me over the phone that you get 100miles to report any issues with the car after delivery. I've read here it is 24hrs OR 100miles, whichever comes first. He said the 24hrs thing is not true. Anyone have any info to back up what the SA said? Is there anything in writing at time...

Kinda related. I've seen some PPF jobs where they use a blade and for whatever reason cut into the paint while cutting the film. Is that common? Unavoidable? or just poor workmanship?
