One note from the pictures. The stalls are not labeled. Once the site has power Tesla will send someone out to certify the site. Typically they will label the stalls and put the final touches on. So even after we get power it could be a week or two before they inspect it and power up for use.

The warning will clear when the battery is replaced. There is not a code that needs to be reset. In my experience the system is looking at the voltage of the battery on a few cycles and sees when the voltage comes up. That is my best guess to how it is fixed.

The chargers have not been labeled yet either. Tesla will label them once they have passed final inspection. Someone from Tesla corporate will come out and test all the stalls soon.

Are the stalls labeled? I've seen where the contractors turn the power on before Tesla can test and the charger gets turned off when Tesla shows up. Excited for this as it means this will be live on our maps soon!

yeah. That is definitely a transformer now. All we should need is a visit from a Tesla rep to test and tune the stalls. Keep and eye out for the stickers labeling the stalls 1a-4b.

Negative. After I replaced my battery I did not need to reset anything. The car reset the message on it's own. Before my project I confirmed this with the service center. The car will detect the change and reset itself.

$125 is for the battery by itself (IE: you replace it). $400 sounds like the price they would charge to replace the battery and a bunch of stuff that doesn't need to be replaced.

Typically before going live, Tesla will come out and "tune" the chargers. I wont be surprised if they are shutoff until they can be tuned by Tesla...Who knows, maybe they already did that since the stalls are labeled.
