You won't get a confirmation but as long as you have a case number you are fine. What BBB would do is they will review the case and notify Tesla. Once they have notified Tesla you will get an email with a link to your case portal, that's where all the communication will take place.

There may not be a formal channel for escalation but you can always call the 1-888 number and ask to speak to your IDA and if that doesn't work ask the customer rep to keep escalating until someone is will to talk to you. Don't hang up until someone from the inside delivery team (Supervisor or...

That's right, my VIN never showed up on UR's website until after the car is delivered. Also the pick up and delivery times are exactly the same, down to the minute… The word 'rail' never came up on any of my many discussions with the IDA, Super and customer service.

Yup! I got an email from Cedar Springs to ask if I want to pick up my car tomorrow, unfortunately my day is completely full tomorrow so the worst case is to stick to my original pick up date of 9/7.

Same experience here. My IDA was reasonably responsive (reply emails on the same day, pick up phone, etc…) but lately after my car is 'in transit to the sevice center' I can see the level of responsiveness goes off the cliff… I am sure they are all under pressure to get as many customers to pay...
