I just went by and a Tesla crew was doing a checkout. With any luck it should be on soon.

Stopped by this morning. Power is on to the meter, but not to the chargers. It would seem they are waiting on Tesla Techs to activate the station. Maybe they want to send a team to do all the Southwest Ohio chargers at the same time.

The Greene County inspector has cleared it for power. Waiting for AES to connect it now.

Yes it is!! They can stream it just like the other streaming apps. You can actually do it now via the browser, but the car mutes the browser when you put it into drive.

I noticed no one is complaining in the Model 3 forum. That lends credence to the theory that there is something in the latest Model Y deliveries that the software is not ready for.

Here's an update. I traded in my model 3 on a Model Y with the new console. The IC7100 no longer fits down inside the front part of the console. But, it sits perfectly on the side ledges. So I just retrieve it from inside and an put it on the ledge and let the door partially close.

When I use the Signal app on my android, text messages do not display on the screen. If I switch back to the messages app, it works fine. Anybody else figure this out?

I have the modern spare for the 18" model 3. It is fine but takes up a lot of trunk space in the model 3.

Looks like the answer is no: 19" model Y dia = 28", 18" model 3 = 26.3"

Better question. Will my model 3 spare fit on the model Y? Is the 19" outside diameter bigger than the 18?

Not sure what you mean by line up, but he same MAC was on a sticker on the paper instruction sheet as well.

I installed my V3 today. No problem except then when I connect to my WIFI, the router shows a different MAC than the one on the sticker and on the side of the unit. It also shows as an unknown name on the router. Anybody else notice this?

Yep, CPA's, you are right. My error. In the input dialog, you put the $7500 and let the program cut it in half (or more) based on your purchase date, rather than cutting it in half first. All is well!

I can't file yet anyway because I need other inputs, but just wanted to see if anyone else got the same result.

Anybody try HR Block yet? My purchase date was 3/11/2019 and I put in $3750 but Block SW reduced it to $1875, seeming based on other credits, but I have none. Seems odd, it was exactly half. This seems like an error in the program. FYI, I still owed tax after the credit.

Make sure you route the antenna coax around the bottom of the trunk seal and not the top. Otherwise it provides a path for water into the trunk.

Shutting off exterior lights could not enhance safety in any way, quite the contrary. It seems like an unintentional side effect.

I took the kids to the bus stop and thought we would play games while waiting (in the dark). But as soon as you enter arcade mode all the lights go out. This isn't a good thing on the side of the road. It appears to shut down the car as well as I had to press the brake to restart.

One thing I just discovered. The Alexa app will only display the Siriusxm channel on the Tesla screen. If you run the Siriusxm directly on your phone, it will display the song name and artist on the Tesla screen. This is also true if you play Siriusxm on your echo show. I wish they would...

I have noticed the same issue, but it only seems to happen when the car is waking up from a deep sleep like overnight. Might be a bug that some variable is lost during sleep.

Get some super velcro from Lowes. It will hold it.
