My model 3 just updated to 2019.20.4.2. Anyone else? Odd since don’t even see it on TeslaFi. The same beach buggy 2 box popped up for update information. Wondering what if anything changed.

A new thread for every update is so unnecessary imo. They should be 2019.20.X because that covers the main update and the rest are most likely bug fixes.

Also just got hit with the update. Teslafi has lit up with people getting this update since you posted 10 mins ago. I also didn’t see it at first when I got the notice.
I’m off of WiFi tonight so it must be an important bug fix to get out ASAP.

I kinda doubt it's minor. A minor fix will be rolled into a new update - makes no sense to spend cycles developing and testing for something minor. My guess is that it's something to do with either beach buggy game or the new app dock.
Yeah, I'm in the middle of a Florida swamp, just came back from watching the Falcon Heavy launch, accumulated more mosquito bites tonight than in my entire life before. There is barely cellphone reception out here. But when I got back the update was waiting for me. (Model 3 LR RWD) Must be something really important.
The update notes on the screen don’t offer anything new. Hard to know. I guess in Tesla we trust.

Must of been important to push out. I updated to 2019.20.4.1 yesterday and haven't been on WiFi since then and just got the update over LTE.
May have had to do with phantom drain. I thought I was experiencing unusually high drain when on 20.4.1 but for a second I thought I could be dreaming.
I've yet to get an OTA update on my M3 Performance, I've had to take it to the dealer each time to have them trigger it. Any ideas as to why? I'm on 2019.20.2.1 and have Advanced selected for updates. I really hope they introduce a pull mechanism for updates at some point.
Do you connect the car to wifi? LTE updates are always very slow and lag behind by 2-4 months.
There is a large 2019.20.x in the Model S forum that has all the versions along the way. In the past that has been the ‘central’ forum but with the additional of all the 3 owners, it’s messier. There is no central place that is usable to discuss firmware since everyone looks in their home forum and posts there. 
4.2 seems to be replacing 4.1 immediately on those cars, already over 300 Tuesday on TeslaFi.

Must have been a bug fix but likely on the important side of things, as @kernee already mentionne , I also got it over LTE.
