Asked to be re-matched, and today got SMS and email today asking me to pick from Edinburgh Newbridge on Thursday 17 or Friday 18 December to collect my red Model 3 SR+. Hopefully travel restrictions will OK by then, looking at taking public transport to get there...

I've got my VIN but no reg number yet - delivery is 5 December. I see some have their reg number with delivery dates much later. Does any one know why / when you usually get sent your reg no?

I didn’t get my reg number until 8 days before delivery date but it all went ok without a problem

It is a normal UK Bank transfer to a UK bank account.

I have set up the Tesla bank account as a payee in my own bank account, and then sent £1 to Tesla just to check it works. The £1 appeared as a credit in my Tesla account the following day.

I have a delivery on 9th December in Cheshire and car has been confirmed as on Grand Aurora. I would hope that it is coming to Southampton as I don't think it will be that date if on Glovis Crystal from Zeebrugge.

Could i ask if yours is also LR and with any additional spec?

I got a delivery slot at Dartford, Kent on 16 December for my LR MSM (Glovis Crystal)

I'm 2 miles from that location, and I asked a little while ago if I could have Dartford instead, they said no one is getting it any more... sigh!

I ordered a Long Range in Red with Black and white interior on 2nd September so have been waiting three months for it. Just hope the information given about the ship is correct. I have a confirmed delivery date to my home address.

I saw one message that someone phoned Tesla and they said it was the car park for Thorpe Park. Really??

I understand the social distancing needs etc but using someone else's car park and giving a vague location seems a bit dodgy

Got delivery confirmation for 7th December, through a lease company. Excited! M3 LR in Blue

Midnight silver / white LR+, 19". Zeems ro be a 2021 MY, according to the VIN. Ordered 3/9, collection @ Edinburgh scheduled for 11th Dec, the day the current covid restrictions end (to be replaced by... something worse?). Not sure yet how I'm going to travel there from Glasgow...

There's a bus from Buchanan St to Edinburgh that stops a few hundred yards away from the Tesla site. 900 bus. Get off at Ratho station. Use google to get directions using public transport and it'll show you exactly where to get off.

My understanding is that some of the leasing companies are organising the reg much earlier whereas if you've ordered direct, you can get your VIN, but the reg is usually around a week before pick up.

Thanks nrps 1 phoned and booked a date 17/12/20 at Chelmsford, the lady said will probably get the final invoice & details around 10 days prior to this! Feel better now things are more positive. Let’s hope our boat comes in ok, Glovis Crystal I’m assuming, without looking must be getting pretty close to Panama by now!

@nrps1 & @Mondi59 Same here, called this morning at 09:30 when the phone lines opened and got a booking for midday on 16th at Chelmsford. Cars for this date confirmed as being on the Glovis Crystal, which should be entering the Panama Canal in the next day or two; keep an eye on the Panama webcams.
