2019/20 Orders and Deliveries [closed]

I ordered a LR MSM on 21 October, received an allocation text on 10 November, and just called Tesla who advised that the car is on the Glovis Crystal. Car ETA mid to late December.

Coincides with my allocation date and delivery text date (11th).
Delivery date =9th December to North Wales.

Yours is probably on the Grand Aurora. Crystal doesn't get to Southampton until the 7th of December.

Receiving the allocation text seems to be a bit hit and miss (miss in my case). I've called twice, been assured I've been matched for a mid-December delivery of a car in transit, but no text.

I think I'm coming to that conclusion too. Looks like they take about 2 weeks after docking to unload and transport the cars to their final destination.

Difficult to see through the fog of a leasing company...

As it's 9 days since I got my allocation text i thought I'd ring up. I was told that all they know is that my car is en route but no delivery date yet. When i said that presumably meant my car wasn't on Triton Ace or Grand Aurora she said "not necessarily - it could be on a boat that's already got to Zeebrugge, but we won't know anything for sure until it unloads in the UK"
She was very nice and sounded very confident, but it's a completely different story about how the system works from those told to others on here!

Mine is available for collection on the 9th, so presumably its on the grand aurora as well, but when asked about bringing it forward, it was a no, and home delivery would be a week or two later. Maybe i should ask about collecting from southampton lol

....aaand out of the blue: "Schedule your delivery date. Your Model 3 is ready to be scheduled for delivery.".

It must be the day for it, I've just had the email and scheduled my delivery for 17th December in Edinburgh.

Now all I need is the registration details so I can sort insurance.

I expect I'll get them some time in January

When people have responded 'YES' to the text, did you get any further acknowledgment?

Just got my delivery text through too, 16th for Birmingham. No VIN or Reg yet though. Allocation text came last Tuesday for reference.
