Looks like I am 6 days past your VIN assignment so getting pretty excited.

Just confirmed 8/26 afternoon, with possibility of 8/25 evening. This will enable me to pick it up myself. Thank goodness!

edit: if this holds, it will be 12-13 days from VIN to delivery, Fremont to Devon, PA.

My early August order's delivery estimate is holding steady at 11/23, which of course is an eternity in Tesla time.

Just emailed to request a change from 19" to 21" wheels, though, so it might push out a bit, which would be 100% fine with me. I really don't need the car until Feb-ish, when I expect WFH to lift, and resume commuting a couple days a week. Maybe I should change to the white interior...

In my experience, MVPA came as soon as VIN was issued.

Just went by the Westchase Service Center in Houston and they had 6-7 Model S that were getting ready for delivery, LR and Plaid with 19" and 21" wheel options. Didn't see any white interiors.

Yeah our Austin advisor said they have not seen any white interiors yet too.

Tesla Tampa has not seen any white interiors on the Model S, but have on other Tesla models.

What is the advantage of having Tesla match? You need a confirmed commitment from another bank to get it, so why would you do it?

Some say convinence...and some added benefit to the Tesla vehicle delivery...but to me, with an external loan, Tesla basically gets a cash transaction.

I like them as well, but I will immediately powder coat them gloss black to match the rest of the car's trim.
