My car just came up in inventory it was in california so $1000 transport fee - I pulled the trigger and have a vin number!!!!
My window is also tightening! Two days shorter.

On one hand, nice that you got the robocall, on the other, unfortunate that when they finally reply it's a message like that. At least it's soon!
We're past the delivery window here (10-12) and crickets so far. So who knows?
Saved a lost dog though, so at least today's been eventful. I'd like one Model 3 as a reward for my good deed.
I just received the pickup delivery instructions. The last email I should get is “ready for pickup” and then I have 12 hours to pick it up. Hopefully it doesn’t come during the dead of night

OK this is a frustration when working with Tesla - without a dealership involved. My lender want's the MSRP- the purchase agreement nowhere states MSRP and without it they will not fund. Where am I going to find that?

My 6/2 order has had an EDD of 2nd half of September for a couple of weeks now, but it moved up by a month today. That’s within the original estimate when I ordered. Maybe I’ll get it in August after all, just in time to miss the tax credits!
I put my order in for a Model 3 Long Range with silver midnight paint and 19 inch wheels on the 23rd. I think it said 10 weeks or so. I completed all the pre delivery tasks in my account yesterday after receiving a text from my advisor that I'd be more likely to get a car if I completed everything. Whether that's true or not I don't know. I'm just happy to have a place in line and can't wait to get my car and go for a ride.

6/17 order, same thing here. I had 9-13 weeks at order so I'm still well within that, but currently in EDD limbo. FWIW I asked my SA about it and he said "You will see an estimated delivery date appear back again soon, as we get closer to your delivery." Plus as far as I can tell California seems to get the short end of the stick with delivery times?

How many weeks out was everyone’s EDD when you received a VIN? Mine is sitting at exactly 3 weeks from today, so I was curious if it sits at the same date for longer, if I should be expecting one soon or not.

Just saw something about this recently, if I remember correctly, when the tail end of EDD range gets to about 10 days you should be looking at a VIN imminently.
smh. That’s why they told you 8pm or 10pm? I can’t recall which.
Just like they told me once you get a confirmation that it’s available, I have 12 hrs to pickup — even if the message comes before the scheduled pickup window.

My pickup time is in the next hour, but it's ready now. Just waiting for my old folks to FLIPPIN GET HERE SO I CAN GET THERE SOONER.
