The name of the ship has changed on the Ashdod schedule - HELIOS RAY is now scheduled to arrive in Ashdod on 11 Nov.

VIKING OCEAN will now arrive in Southampton before HELIOS RAY. I estimate HELIOS RAY's eta for Southampton will now be around 19 Nov.

My Tesla Advisor told me now my Model Y has passed the half seaway, has been seen about 6 hours ago in the harbor of Korea. But he couldn't tell me details about the ship! Do you know the name of the ship?

Your car doesn't come from Korea.
If your car is halfway here I would guess HOEGH KOBE which will arrive in Zeebrugge on 22 Nov.

That would be a surprise. I'm not seeing anything coming from Fremont this quarter.

… unless it is a Model S or X. Are any of those sold in Spain? In the past, these models for EU were partly “assembled” I think in Tilberg, but that assembly line was shut down. I don’t know what they are doing now, but that silly process is gone.

Interesting, I got mine for my YLR yesterday too (EDD 1 Dec).. but can't find it on the Hoegh vin-tracker.. So maybe on the Nabucco? :|

That's entirely up to Tesla, Israeli Customs and Israeli Vehicle Registration.

Hi everyone,
It might sound silly, and apologies if quite basic question, but you all keep referring to the “chat” with customer service… where’s that chat to be found at? I can’t see it in the website neither the app.
All I can do is call or email my Tesla dealership to keep asking annoyingly for my VIN or delivery schedule.
