2023 Holiday Update

I get a note at the top of the navigation (where the preconditioning notice appears) and the marker on the road as well.

Seems like if you click on the notification it goes away, no idea how to get it back.

Anybody know if the new parking visualization will work with older cars with the Atom processor ?

If I don't choose to use the new lock sounds, am I supposed to still get the old one where the horn beeps?

Kinda liked that and don't like the new ones, but if I don't pick a new one I don't seem to get a noise from the car when locked.

I was downloading the update (it was being horrendously slow so moved the car closer to the WiFi) it seemed to speed up the download but then it disappeared and started again. When I check release notes it looks like it downloaded and then immediately did another minor update? Or am I reading it wrong? The release notes for the first download didn't show the cameras but after the minor updates it did show in the release notes.

Something I’ve never noticed before, if you go faster than the speed limit with autopilot on a blue circle appears round the speed limit sign. Clicking it reduces the car to that speed

This was always there but was a double tap. Is it now a SINGLE tap?

Got my update yesterday to 44.30.2 - really excited for the podcast function, unfortunately this update has borked my connectivity so it keeps cutting out so I can’t listen to The Good The Bad and The Rugby on my way to work - Elon gives with one hand and takes away with the other……

I have been having connectivity issues for a couple of weeks now prior to this update . I think others here have too.

Park assist doesn’t show on my release notes...I think it’s because I only have the Atom processor

Weird it’s offered this when it’s not actually the latest version…

It’s because you have parking sensors

So after waiting all this time and reading all the potential new features I get the notification to update and the only features I'm getting are Autopilot Restriction and a new light show.

The horn beep on lock can be re-enabled in the main settings menu for the car.

Ah ok, mine has been spot on until the festive up date, at least it makes a clown noise when it locks……

It has always been single tap in the UK for as long as I can remember. The blue halo highlight of the speedlimit was added fairly recently, though I believe several updates back as I've had that for a little while.

Nope. Radar was turned off. parking sensors where fitted still work.
