be careful with those! the manual states not to use seat covers

You know, I researched that and TAPTES stated their seats were designed to protect the safety features, like airbags and other modifications. But, thank you for the reminder. I was going to test them out before deciding to use them permanently.

Just picked up my car today. Looks great. I did have the plastic covers for the 2nd row pop off and the service center fixed it. The reason mine popped off was that the carpet at the end of the rail wasn’t folded over properly . Really easy fix-did take them a bit of time to figure out what was going on as the 7-seat cars are pretty new.

for those that are curious-the floor mats for the 5 seat and 7 seat are exactly the same so the Tesla Y all weather mats (all other mats as well) fit like a glove.

shout out to my delivery specialist as well as the service center in Littleton CO as I wanted to have my winter tires, tow hitch and HomeKit installed this coming Monday (going on a trip up to the mountains Tuesday) and they are making it happen. Helped I already ordered everything earlier and they had the wheels and hitch already sent to them.

I would say the delivery itself was pretty smooth.

Nice - enjoy! Congrats.

Does anyone know if the Fremont Tesla sells NEMA adapter? I forgot to order mine. If not does anyone know how long it takes for an online order to arrive?

I ordered the NEMA and the Wall connector both online when they were in stock back about 2 weeks ago took about 1 1/2 weeks I would say to get it, I'm in SoCal. Took them a few days to ship it out.
I also ordered the Gen 2 NEMA adapter from online, and it shipped from Fremont. Since I’m in the Bay Area, it arrived within 3 days.

I have been waiting since 2/18 for MY LR7 Red/White&Black, Tow, FSD and I reached out to SA to see if I can upgrade 19"Geminis for 20" Inductions. The answer was sure, it will delay the order even further and rise the price by additional $1000 since base price went up shortly after I ordered. Strange that I do have to pay more since the car was not even assigned the VIN yet, I was going to spend extra $$$ on the wheels and they wouldn't even consider doing anything about additional price. Sad.

Do you mind sharing a picture of what this is about? I’m imagining it’s plastic covers for rails, but a pic would help.

Just got my VIN today 159xxx
Ordered 1/11/21, White exterior/black interior, 19" wheels, tow package, LR AWD, autopilot only. 7 seater, obviously.
We're in NorCal, will pick up near Sacramento. My SA has been very responsive: I text him every 2 weeks to ask if there's an update, he gives me a response in a day or so that is upbeat but with no actual information. I got notification via email that "an update has been made to your balance," then logged on to my Tesla account, clicked into the Model Y order, and found the VIN there.

Congrats! This is my EXACT same config so hopefully they made a bunch at the same time and there are more on the way 🤞

After about two months or so of trying to casually get hold of my SA (and after leaving about 5 or 6 voice messages) she finally answered her phone today and I switched from a 7-seat performance version to a 7-seat long range version. Hoping the Green Act passes before it actually gets delivered. I missed out on the $1000 price decrease that happened in the interim time though it looks like.
