Thanks and good to see our EDD are close with the same config. I'm tired of this EDD emotional roller coaster.

BTVev - I saw you updated the Model Y tracker, you confirmed you got the heated wiper pad. Can you re-confirm here, that you definitely got heated wiper pad? Have you felt the heat on the pad after pressing the button onscreen? I'm in VT also and EDD of Feb19-Mar5, definitely hoping for heated wiper pad.

I don’t have a button yet on screen that I can see, but I may be in need of a software unlock for it to show. The delivery operations manager I was working with during the last leg of the journey confirmed it for me and was very confident (and also confirmed I did not get mudflats or PPF, which led to some additional trust in her confirmation). I’ll try to do some digging to see if just defrosting would trigger it, perhaps I’m waiting for a button that doesn’t exist… I’ll dig into it more this evening and report back.

@sacraM3nto @eeee-meeee are 7-seat MSMs relatively rare in terms of production? I have that configuration; we had an EDD of Apr/May but received a VIN out of nowhere last week: 364xxx. I ended up putting on hold for 60 days b/c we weren't ready to accept delivery. But should I be nervous that it will take a while to be matched with a second VIN? Hope I didn't make a mistake...

They don't seem to make/deliver them that frequently, 7 seaters seems not as popular of a build. Maybe MSM will be more popular choice now that its a free color, wasn't back in August. The bright side is that maybe you will get the new faaaancy battery for the extra pain of waiting though?

@eeee-meeee thanks for the thoughts. i worried that configuring a 7-seater was going to mean more waiting...but the convenience/flexibility of those extra seats is just to hard to pass up. it's good to know that, generally speaking, 7-seaters take a bit longer to build/deliver....

2/7 - received a call from Tesla confirming account information and asking if I wanted to switch to financing! According to them, car is coming in the next two weeks.

Applying for a loan through Tesla, but it keeps saying "technical error - unable to load account details." Anyone run into this issue before?

Now showing Feb 11 - Feb 21.

Hopes raised, even as experience suggests I should keep it low.

Today I struck up a Convo with a guy driving a MYLR7 white / white seats no tow FSD. He took delivery end of Jan 2022 with OD of mid August. It looks beautiful and I have the same config except no FSD. We live in the same area. WTH

They are beautiful, I have the same build as you but with Inductions and TOW. Can't wait to get this beauty in my garage!

Update for you, I got the software upgrade today that shows the heated wiper park as one of the improvements, then found the button. I cannot see the elements however, at least not easily.

Awesome!! Then pretty sure you got it. There are no elements you can see, the plastic piece where the wipers rest under the windshield should now be heated. Basically - press the heated wiper button, wait 5 minutes, touch where the wipers are and see if its hot! I'll check back tomorrow, very excited to hear the results.

Where do you find the car's specs? I have very little info on my phone under model Y details.
