Not exactly what you are asking for, but my corked S75D maxes out at 274-275 kW while accelerating. This was tested using the "Dashboard for Tesla" android application. For those with their car "uncorked". What does your power meter go up to? Does it go up to 300kW or does it still go up to 200kW?

I thought your car got uncorked and you got 337 or so?Still only goes up to 200
How exactly do I find out the exact date on which my car was built? I know my S75 was built in June 2017 (and delivered at the beginning of July), but I do not know the exact day of the month and where it falls on the side of this June 19 cut-off I keep seeing pop up in this thread.
(Sorry if this question has been asked and answered before...)
I'll definitely run Powertools on my S75D and report the numbers to you for your database when I get delivery (it was supposed to be Sept. 25th, then Sept. 30, now might be as late as Oct. 7th so who knows when it will actually get here). It was built on September 4th 2017 so it should be uncorked and have the new drive unit, but not sure about the battery. Have the new 85 KWh batteries still only been spotted in Europe so far?If you run iOS you can install Powertools for less than $10. It turns on your car's reporting over its mobile data connection. If you do please send me a copy for the metrics database (link in my signature below). Someone makes a related app for Android as well.
BTX8 is only outside the US. There is a mystery battery in the US called a BTX7 but it is 75kW and 350v just like the BTX5 you will likely get. We don't have a Powertools runlog from a BTX7 and even if we did we likely wouldn't know how it was different until we watched the CAN bus communication from the battery with something like TM-Spy and its required hardware....Have the new 85 KWh batteries still only been spotted in Europe so far?
Yes that’s the reading I get through powertools for iOS but my power gauge in my dash still only goes to 200.I thought your car got uncorked and you got 337 or so?
Sorry but just a little confused.Yes that’s the reading I get through powertools for iOS but my power gauge in my dash still only goes to 200.
You can contact support and just give them your VIN and they will tell you.How exactly do I find out the exact date on which my car was built? When I floor the accelerator, the power meter on the dash goes past the 200 mark and almost close to the 250+ mark I am guessing. I can't be sure because the gauge only shows 200 and then some but 300 is not on it.
Before your car got uncorked, did the power peak below the 200 mark on the Dash readings as well?
Thanks
That is what they have been saying at the local SC. Not correct information it seems. Until last week many new inventory cars built way back in 2017 were getting the Software update.. It seems like they are cutting off at July 1st delivery because as someone said, that was when the Design Studio changed their specs. Anyone before that date knew what they were buying...in other words.Reading some of the posts here, I just got off the phone from my Dallas SC. Guy sounded like he was reading off a statement sheet, but essentially said that Mid-June produced cars were the cutoff date, and any cars taking delivery July 1st or after could be updated.
Mine (75 RWD) was produced in April and I took delivery late June FYI. He mentioned there was no way to retrofit, but given what @warrenbecker said, I don't know.
I have a VIN of 193*** . I have a 75D that was in inventory . Purchased on June 28th and delivered on June 30th. I actually wanted delivery on July 1st a Sat but they asked if i could get it on the 6/30 .
Where or who do I speak to about uncorking and do you guys think I have a good case?
You could call the phone number to Tesla directly and ask. If I had to guess at their response, they would tell you that because it was delivered before 1 July 2017, it would not be eligible. However, should they decide to waive that in your situation, I recommend following any disclosure guidance that may come with the upgrade.I have a VIN of 193*** . I have a 75D that was in inventory .
