Correct. Need to be dismount and remount the tire. You can think of this as a $80-100 for tire rotation every 10k miles. AWD usually have less problem with uneven wear, you can simply swap them across if you have non-directional tire for maximum tire life.

You can use non directional tires to flip from wheels from left to right to wear evenly. If you’re AWD it’s not too much of a worry.

Yes you’ll need to dismount tires and remount but that’s a small price to pay for custom. Staggered wheels you even cannot rotate tires but staggered wheels gets you closer to flush offset.

Square wheels with staggered offsets:
Pros
1. Wheel Width you want
2. 4 equal tires that you can rotate
3. Stance equal to the body lines of the car
4. Larger Concavity based on wheel width
5. No spacers on regular prebuilt standard sizes.
6. Cost of tires stays low because of same size smaller tire and rotatable.

Cons
1. Dismount / Mount tires every 15k miles ONLY IF you have uneven wear

Me too, waiting on MPP Comfort Coilovers to come in!

Just got my set couple weeks ago and they're going on tomorrow morning. Will post with pictures and let you know how it goes. Very excited to get one Model 3 with the MPP sport coilover system and another one with the MPP Comfort adjustable coilover system for direct comparison

Please make a new thread on both after the springs settle. Love to hear the comparison.

I'm buying a set of the Tesla Titan 7 T-S5 18x8.5 +35 rims from Evasive. Mine is a 2018 M3P+. Tony from Evasive said the recommended tire is 255/40. Would everyone agree with that? I prefer a thicker sidewall and prefer not to leave large wheel well gaps, so wondering if i could go 255/45?
For 255/45R18 you need 18x9 with offset of +30mm and then there's no rubbing of any kind.

M3 LR DM: I have stock 18's and considering upgrading to Martian MW03 19's for both looks and lighter weight. Anyone familiar with this brand? Manufacturer claims they're fitted for Tesla M3 specifically, so shouldn't need spacers, different bolts/nuts/etc, or cause any problems in installation. Is upgrading from 18s to 19s as simple as updating the setting in the "Service" menu and having someone install the new rims?
Skimming through the Martian Wheels thread:
Initially very delayed shipments
The wheels are rated for 1,000 kg load rating which is 100% false, a company that's okay with etched lies sets off red flags in my book...
Then there's the matter of the visual shape of the inner part of the wheels indicating corner cutting in manufacturing
And finally, they tend to weight more than advertised... which again, lies ...
overall very poor communication, no official vendor account here either
that said, they look very nice and its not like anyone reported them breaking ... so its probably fine?

Anyone with concave rear wheels that won't break the budget too much?

I suggest contacting Jamie from Signature Wheels. He will give you a better price than MRSP by a significant amount. Another option is VS Forged. I’ve owned both brands and recommend Signatures if that is within your budget. Buy once cry once and you won’t doubt your decision. Go over to the Signature thread and you will see the deep concavity possible.

A few random pics of my setups with my favorite set being the rose gold SV801. I’m not affiliated with any company or brand as you can see with the different brands I own. Signature is top notch in my books for quality and service. I’m also lowered on MPP comfort coils.

They make them in 19x8.5 +35 . Pair those with 245/40 and you're good to go. VMR also bores the hub to 64.1 so you don't need hubcentric rings. Awesome wheels.

That said, I'm gonna represent my new wheels which I'm in love with.

Replika r241 (made by FAST). 19x8.5 +40 64.1 hub centric aka a perfect OEM replacement wheel (sport wheel fitment).

THIS turbine wheel design is very similar to the evwheeldirect style, which is MUCH more accurate than the Tsportline version. However, these are the best of the bunch because...

These are flow formed, 23lbs, take the tesla center cap, lug nuts and lug covers and look so proper on the car. paired with 245/40/19 conti DWS tires, its SUCH an improvement compared to my last aftermarket setup with conti pure contact LS. These look like they belong with the car. Did I mention the price is beyond fair? Sorry, I just really am tired of companies charging tesla tax (taking advantage of owners who aren't very knowledgeable to aftermarket wheels, parts, etc) and FAST co did it right with this wheel.

Sorry for the late bump, but I'm looking to get these exact same ones (R241 Silver) on a Midnight Silver Metallic Model 3. I've never purchased wheels for a car before (never really owned a car worthy of it), but does anyone see any issues with silver wheels on the MSM Model 3 with regards to looks? I feel like it would accent the chrome parts of the car which don't bug me as much as it does others.
