From what I've read around here, I bet you could have saved $15 if you asked around for Ps & Ds from those debadging their P90Ds. ;-)

Being part of the car scene for over 15 years with multiple magazine featured cars, "up badging" was something we discouraged. We look at it the same as wearing a fake Rolex.

The badge change by the OP does prevent boy racers from sizing up their cars with your Tesla, challenging you at every red light just cause you have a slower (relatively speaking) Tesla. They already know they don't stand a chance with a P90D.

On that note, hey Tesla, When are you going to add distinguishing trim / characteristics to differentiate the various power plants and performances. Like the Porsche 911 turbo and the regular 911.
