Any Autopilot 2.0 accidents yet?

I am just wondering, of course it's inevitable there will be car accidents where Tesla car is at fault and Autopilot 2.0 was activated.

But I am wondering are there any reported so far? anyone know?

Hopefully this thread stays "no"..... but how about some "almosts" ?

17.17.4 EAP can't handle intersections on Scottsdale Road (in Arizona). Passing thru each intersection (there are many) it tries to veer into an adjacent lane or the barrier. Every time! Other than that its 80% great. Stay sharp people, this is still beta!
