Did you look around these forums? Sounds like @fiveten received FSD Beta 10.3 with the forward collision warning bug that then impacted Tesla Insurance score:

Try a hard reboot, as some have reported these 10.3 initial issues were resolved: turn off sentry mode, disable any 3rd party apps that wake your car, park and leave for 20 mins+

Seems like a pretty important omission if Tesla Insurance customers in Texas can't get the beta.
They are wasting my time and money if that's the case and I expect them to clarify this.

I’ve got 5/2017 build S100D and same issue. Score in the window MCU2 upgrade, FSD Computer, no FSD Beta yet. Requested service to have the cameras upgraded and received the above message from them. Not looking great but here’s hoping they’re working on how to make it work with our cameras.I have 2017 Model S w upgraded MCU2 and HW3 computer upgrade. Been holding steady at 100/100 safety score, just to find out I need a camera upgrade to get FSD now
…. Been driving like a putz for weeks, and for no benefit except for efficiency.
I have 100 points and 100 miles for 6 days and have not gotten FSD. 2021 Model Y, so 3.0 computer.

I want to cry right now, I finally got the email!!!
Got my invite finally. Email just after midnight PT, installing now. Been at 100 for days, missing the last boat. Good luck to the rest who are still waiting, and good luck to me so my car doesn’t try to kill me as I try this.
