Anyone received delivery of 2019 'Raven' Refresh?

The new suspension is definitely improved, the "sport" setting adds quite a bit or extra rigidity.

I had my wife take a picture on our trip home (approximately 2hr) of our average Wh/mi, she took the picture fairly early into the trip (about 50 miles) that showed 292Wh/mi. This actually ended up around 260ish Wh/mi.

Forgot to mention badging, the only badge on the rear of the vehicle is the identical chrome badge to the Model 3 that says "Dual Motor".

Comparing the suspension to the previous iteration of the Model X, I'd say it is improved from a comfort standpoint, several bumps on I70 that seemed jarring before were made much less harsh by the new system. It also seems to adjust ride height much quicker.

How about the 'shudder' problem? Have you noticed this issue when the height is set to something other than 'Low'?

Unfortunately my user handle is from a time gone by in my life where I played too many video games, friends would often tell me that the things I did in games were so "Sketchy" which stuck with me. The other online name I commonly go by is "4RingNut" as I have long been an Audi fan. I didn't figure it would be a good fit here, so I used the previous.

As for the shudder issue, I have not experienced it yet. Thus far my wife and I have only driven in Standard or Low, but without any issues and at speeds up to 70mph.

I'd be happy to post pictures of the back of the car with the "Dual Motor" emblem or other areas of interest if anyone would like.

Please do. Post the back exterior or any sort of difference from older Model X.

I must note as well, we ordered on April 9th, and did experience a delay. We had ordered with the Sonic Carbon 20" wheels. However we received a call from our delivery specialist once our vehicle had shipped stating that the delay was due to the change to the "Raven" hardware, and that we would not be receiving the vehicle with the Sonic Carbon wheels, but rather the new 20" two-tone Slip Stream wheels. To our delivery specialist and Tesla's credit, they offered to send their mobile service team to us to exchange the wheels for the ones that we originally ordered with once they got them in.

So it seems like anyone who ordered after the refresh announcement day is delayed for whatever reason.

We ordered our Model X on May 8th and not a single update 10 days in. I did get a call from Tesla’s test driving team to schedule a test drive lol

I ordered my X on May 2, was originally scheduled to take delivery yesterday (May 16) but now it's May 23 (due to my schedule). You should be getting updates any day now.

@Sketchy thanks for answering questions!

Do you see any noticeable difference in Teslacam video quality?
Also, any noticeable interior changes?

The camera does seem more clear, I'll post a picture of the Teslacam video quality after this evening or tomorrow morning. I'll also take some time to get a video/pictures of the interior.

I'll also lay out all of the accessories that came with the Model X as there were some changes and take pictures of each.

25 days and counting. I don't care at this point if Tesla says I won't get it until July, at least it would be SOMETHING.

I will say that the delivery specialist that I worked with was absolutely fantastic to work with. I must give credit where it is do and Chesterfield Tesla in St. Louis Missouri where we received ours, was wonderful to work with. Any questions we asked, several of which were delivery or timeline related were all answered quickly and professionally.

I hadn't typically gotten super excited for vehicle delivery in the past, yet this was an entirely different experience. One I truly enjoyed. So again, great job to Tesla for completely changing my view on how a vehicle should be purchased and delivered.

Well, after years of drooling over the X, I think the time may have come for me to suck it up and buy one. Between the suspension improvements, and the 250 mile range one... I'm like 80% there... so keep telling me about these 'new' ones!

It took us 2 years to finally pull the trigger. We test drove the X with Sull self driving and it tipped us over the edge to get it ordered :)
