Are we able to modify Screen Layout Yet?

I recall quite bit of dissatisfaction when the Model 3 screen was changed resulting in a much larger area reserved for the left side, and a smaller area for the map (right side). I understood that Tesla was going to come out with an upgrade that would permit the owner to modify the proportions of the screen. Does anyone have information on this? Thanks.
