Coupled with the general drip feed, makes me highly suspicious vins are allocated locally in each state and probably manually

Until today, there were hardly any Perth orders with allocated vin's in your table... maybe 1, if I'm remembering correctly?

Right? LR order numbers should advance way quicker given the far lower number of orders.

Looks like LRs had a bit of a false start i think. A few were issued and then some were retracted. Then they stopped. You could almost hear someone in an office somewhere going "Ah crap!" *delete delete delete*.

Weird how the allocation works, isn't it? I think Ormaus had it just right with this...
