They don't recognise Christmas or the new year as holidays. They closed for covid.

Yes, it is a PH in China. But it is for 01/01 only, and there is another a long holiday for the lunar new year.

I’m not sure of that? New Years is a different day to them, it’s mid January..

New year 2023 is one day PH with a weekend effectively 3 day holiday 31/12-2/1/2023.
Then lunar new year is the serious one normally 7 days plus days in lieu some people can take up to 2 weeks.
90% of my export goes there I must know their holidays very well to ensure a great customer relationship (which Tesla doesn’t have)…

The cars will only be moved during the new year. We can expect first deliveries during the second week of Jan. There are 3000+ cars. 4 delivery centers, Alexandria, chatswood, Parramatta and miranda. So do the math of cars per transporter*transporters per day and it will become obvious.

The bottleneck ultimately is transporters and delivery center turnover.

6th is the absolute earliest assuming they clear the same day it's moved but I wouldn't bet on it

It will be luck of the draw.. if your car is in front at autonexus you will get it sooner but if your car is all the way in the back I would expect an early Feb pick up date.

Actually, no one knows. Everyone is guessing based on the previous situation happened at Brisbane. However, some lucky people picked up the vehicles on 23/12 which was unloaded on 19/12 at Brisbane. So good luck!

He is estimating the date based the situation happened in Brisbane. But who knows what will happen in NSW? What if every worker is back to work after the New Year, then it will speed up the delivery.

Unless they wanna truck cars from VIC to ACT… can’t see any reason for that.

Hi, I'm confused, I'm From ACT and was told the closest delivery centre is Miranda? is this incorrect? are ACT Cars not just counted as NSW for these purposes or are people picking them up closer to Canberra?

Omfg. I'm in Googong / Queanbeyan. Because that's in NSW they told me multiple times the closest is Miranda in Sydney. I could WALK to Hume from here, but apparently have to drive 300km to pickup!

Yes ACT is combined in the NSW shipment, I meant for SA, VIC and TAS is on viking passama.
