Also, the VIN doesn't appear in the API call. Only on the chrome extension and on the Tesla App.

My Tesla account on website now includes the Application for Vehicle Registration, with the VIN on there of course.

Do I fill/sign send it back to Tesla?
Do I fill/sign send it to NL?
Do I fill/sign and take it with me at pick up?
Is the Date of purchase/aquisiton the order date, or something else?
