How is teala determining who gets reassigned a new VIN or not?
I would've thought that those who ordered in August/September would be reassigned a new VIN and those who ordered later would wait until those ordered earlier have been re-allocated.

Seems like teala are incompetent

No idea. But my order date is 29 September and have not been reallocated.

Order date and spec.
They manufacture car specs in batches so if they build 100 white/white trims for Australia and you're no.101 on the list for that spec you miss out.

I see the Glovis Caravel made it back to China fairly quickly. Although, there seems to be a problem finding a parking spot. If only it had auto park I am hoping once Morning Crystal is loaded, it shouldn't take too long to get back to Brisbane.

I ordered 31/10. Red RWD. I also got the email advising I would be reassigned and have a new VIN in the 362 range. Also have new rego papers in My Documents. However, the EDD has been blank since that happened. I assume though since it has a new VIN it must be in the next ship.

Greetings all - here's a positive thought for those who still haven't received their new VINs - if you still haven't gotten a VIN then most likely you will be assigned a car with a 2024 birthday. This means better resale value in the future.

Hmmm... There was a 7.5-magnitude earthquake in Japan a couple of hours ago and a Tsunami warning has been issued.
I wonder if this will cause any issues in Shanghai?
