It depends if you are looking at it as a value or a number. This might be the 13th change after the .2 making it .15Thats odd as would not .2 come after .15?
Don't think of the .2 as being a decimal but a version number. The number 2 is lower than the number 15.Thats odd as would not .2 come after .15?
This is Tesla Math. It's only compatible with Tesla Time.
I got the update and am in calibration zone. Does anyone know how long this will last for?
The logical consecutive numbers exist, but not all of them make it out to production.
Also, sequence-bsed numbering (where x.15 comes after x.2) is vital because otherwise you'd have releases like:
8.1.8
8.1.9
8.1.95
8.1.99
8.1.999
etc.
It's better all around to go:
8.1.8
8.1.9
8.1.10
8.1.11
which is why it's standard practice.

Maybe with the new year they are starting a new version numbering system. Notice how the first number is 17 in 17.3.15. I'm betting that's for 2017. The 3 could be the 3rd sprint (development cycle) of the year or something else...with the 15 being the actual build number. Now I'm lost. I thought the versions went 4,8,15,16,23, 42

I still don't have the update, my X has been on WiFi all week. I miss TACC so much.
Okay, It's off. 3G one bar I'm not holding my breath.Try taking your car off wifi. That was my desperation move last night and I got the latest FW. Makes no sense but it worked.

I tried TACC on the freeway. It works much better there then on the streets. Autosteer is next.I just got the update today. Did not see anything regarding calibration. However, I did see the wavy lines and what I would call "over senstive" to side objects that is causing TACC to suddenly slow. Could be dangerous if someone is following too close. I think it is best not to use TACC in that case until they have corrected.
