Took delivery May 31st. 2019.7.106 was installed, after about a week (without Wi-Fi) I was prompted to install 2019.16.3.2. I did three hard reboots during that week to deal with some weird glitches (which all went away after 2019.16.3.2). Per TeslaFi, no AP3 cars have an OS newer than 2019.16.3.2. (Did the H.264/H.265 test to verify I'm AP3.)

I'm on 2019.20.2.1 now.

The lock confirmation sound is a light horn chirp. I don't like it. Probably going to keep that switched off.

I took delivery of my MX on 6/12/19 under software version 2019.15.102 102803d. I did the hard reset/reboot as recommended from someone in this thread on 6/16/19. Today (6/17/19) it prompted me to do a software update. I am now on 2019.20.2.1 5659e07. I've had some strange things happen since delivery. Can someone chime in and let me know what they think? First of all, I've never had the Summons feature on my app. I don't have it as a setting in my settings on my big panel either. I had the M3 for a brief time and in the Auto Pilot setting screen there was a feature called something like "Automatically Change Lanes using Turn Signal." That is not an option on my MX and when I'm using auto pilot and put on a turn signal it doesn't change lanes. The lanes that I'm trying to switch to are clear so there should be no reason why it won't switch lanes. The M3 also had a feature in the auto pilot setting screen that said "Navigate on Autopilot." I don't have that option either. I set up a service appointment for later this week and one item I'm getting repaired is the creaking noise coming from the driver's side seat belt mechanism. But I also put in the ticket that I don't have the Summons, Auto Lane Change or Navigate on Auto Pilot feature. They texted me back and said that it looks like my side cameras haven't fully calibrated yet. It's been 5 days and around 150 miles and the side cameras haven't calibrated yet? Has anyone ever heard of this and do you think this is the real reason why these features aren't showing up for me? Any help would be much appreciated.

It sounds like you don't have FSD. Everything you described as missing is now a part of FSD instead of the new cut down free Autopilot.

If you ordered FSD, you need to talk to service to get that fixed. A bunch of us that ordered FSD did not get it configured right on delivery. It took several phone calls and emails and a week or so to get mine sorted out, but they fixed it.

I'm running into this now (no FSD configuration on my vehicle, even though I paid for it). Hoping Tesla support can fix w/o a visit to the SC.

The service center visit was just because of not being able to get any useful answers from people - once the service people are the center finally got requests in the right places and mine came up in the queue, the car was coded for FSD and Ludicrous OTA.

I took delivery of my 2019 MX on 5/27, within 2 days got an update. Sorry I can't remember which ver. my car was on. Since then I received 2 updates and currently on 2019.20.2.1. Not sure if it's true about CA getting updates first or not. My MX was suppose to have FSD already installed but did not. So I had to schedule a service to have it installed. I am not sure if the last update was done to prep the car for FSD or not. All that said, maybe you should check with the delivery specialist to create a work order for your vehicle to have an update pushed out to you..... Just a thought.

Finally was able to get a hold of someone via tesla.com/support online chat. (I had tried to use the chat room all last week, but the option was disabled on their website.)

They took my vin, looked it up, escalated to engineering, gave me a ticket #, and said it'd be 3 business days.

I'll post back in 3 business days! (or sooner hopefully!)
