I’m not aware of any software locked 60 that was actually a 70. There were some 70s that were actually 75s, but I’ve never seen or heard of a 60 that had a 70 kWh battery.

I also don’t recall ever seeing an OTA capacity upgrade for 60 -> 70. There has been 40 -> 60, 70 -> 75, and 60 -> 75.

All software locked 60s are facelift cars.

It depends on how you define “charge faster”. A 70 will indeed hit a higher peak rate than the 75, but tapers much more quickly. Practically speaking, the difference is negligible.
