Finally got my Vision Agreement last night. VIN is in source code. EDD is showing June 18-22. Any idea how long it takes to be contacted for delivery?

My EDD is now June 22 to June 30.

Ordered on May 23 and had an EDD of June 18-30 for a while now and checked this morning and it now says 9-13 weeks, wondering how realistic this is.

Got a text from the delivery team today saying there was a paint issue and they want to fix it before handing it to me. Was expecting to pick it up tomorrow. Now gotta wait up to a week. Anyone else have this issue?

Talked to the SA in Vancouver about how come someone ordered later than us will get the vin ahead of us ( same configuration) so they said since Surrey is closer to the border, some sometime they get the vehicle in first, so my advice to ppl who is going to order or just ordered, try to choose Surrey for pick up location.

The waiver of your deductible is ONLY if a replacement is warranted (50%+ damage). Regular comprehensive/collision you are still paying your $500 deductible each claim.

Always read the wording documents for insurance and don't just go off what the agent says. With that said, replacement insurance is still very reasonable and I would highly recommend it to every new car purchase.

Same here. I supposed to pick up tomorrow as well then for a call saying the rocker panel was damaged. New delivery date is on the 25th

The paint is soft, no surprise some cars have paint issues, a friend of mine also rejected due to chips on the front

My delivery for SR+ all white got canceled for tomorrow in surrey. They’re not saying why and said they’ll get back to my shortly. Anyone else have this issue?

I can't edit my other post but I'm wrong and you're right. I didn't even know this extra insurance exists. I just picked up my vehicle today from Richmond and bought the exact same insurance as you!

It's provided by another insurer (not ICBC) but you are correct, it is full replacement coverage AND they pay for your $500 deductible no matter what type of claim you're making. Basically we have $0 deductible for anything! I'm VERY surprised nobody else is talking about this. What a great deal!

How many years did you buy? I bought it for the max 5 years.

Right!? It’s a great deal. I got the max years as well. It pays for itself if you use it 4-5 times.

My VIN has disappeared as well. I ordered the same car as yours with delivery in surrey. They didn’t give me a reason why it was cancelled. The rep just said his manager told him to cancel all Saturday/Sunday deliveries

Very strange, I’m wondering what happened? Has anyone called direct and asked?
