For the owners of 2022 Teslas, I’ve read online with the new battery you can charge to 100% but a friend is insistent to keep it to 80-90% and warns going till 100 could cause degradation. He owns a 2021 M3. Just wanted to hear what everyone else is doing? I’m reading different things online...
If you don’t like my opinion, don’t read it, easy as that.
I’m not paying 2600$ for a paint job to have defects when the car next to it doesn’t have these defects. If it was white I probably would have taken it since it’s the free color but not when I’m paying extra
I’m paying 2600$ extra for the red multi coat, this shouldn’t happen. There were multiple cars nearby that didn’t have this issue, if the rest of you can live with this, then be it. It’s a lot of money for a new car, I don’t want this imperfection on mine in not 1 but 2 spots. Looks worst in...
I made a separate thread but in short it was this and it wasn’t fixable unless they completely sanded and painted it which they won’t do. I caution everyone to check their cars thoroughly and print off the check list
Had to reject mine, super disappointed, everyone should make sure they print off the check off list and check everything. Paint defects are real with Tesla to say the least
Printed the checklist online, EVERYONE SHOULD GO WITH THIS CHECKLIST:

Everything was looking good for the most part, they buffed out a few minor scratches, I was super excited and then I looked at my list and the last thing to...
We should just switch cars 😂 my seats are black but I wish I could have changed to white. Was too late to change it so I still with it. I’ll actually be buying the white seats covers to put over the black
Look forward to seeing your car Wednesday
Rates are still 2.8 for 96 and 2.35 for 72
My rate was lowered without permission, I still don’t get what happened. They apaolgized and said it was a mistake on their side. Explained the financing had issues and one day showed lower rates
Sucks for me
Looking forward to seeing how it looks, let me know if you have any issues at pick up Wednesday as I pick up on Thursday and have the same config as yourself. What color seats covers are you getting? I was looking at the white ones on Amazon
Too bad we can’t swap cars? Mine is ready to go in Surrey but would prefer to pick up in Vancouver as I’m right by the pick up center, Surrey is a drive for me. I wouldn’t mind waiting if I was guaranteed a car in Vancouver
This with me is I was approved June 7 with the lower rate, not sure if it was a mistake but the rate is guaranteed for 30 days. Will get an update in the coming days
Tesla is going to follow up with me in the coming days, I was approved on June 7 for the rate but it all changed Saturday, none of the reps knew why and this was the first time they’ve seen this happen
Picking up later in the week now
Was your pick up Vancouver? Mine was but I got matched to a red in Surrey as well, was told this is currently the only M3 SR+ available and I have to pick up from Surrey even though the Vancouver pick up location is close to my home
My financing changed without notice today, the amount down as well, wasn’t called or anything??? I have a bank draft ready for tomorrow and am supposed to pick up. I don’t understand what happened, has anyone else had this happen?
That’s what I’m thinking, they just adjusted it 2 weeks ago in person as I went from 72 to 96. I just called and they assured me the rate I see on my page is the rate I’ll get. Fingers crossed I get this rate
I’ve got 2.4 locked in for 96 months, will they update this before I pick up to the higher rate? I originally had this rate for 72 months but they updated it to 96 and left it at that. Was this a mistake? I want that rate
Was driving down Knight street in Vancouver tonight and saw 2 trucks loaded with brand new Teslas, I’m guessing headed to Great Northern Way. Lots of white and black
I’ve contemplated doing that but I sold my car and am now desperately in need of one now. My friend just took delivery and it’s funny how the circle is still there for the lumbar that isn’t there anymore.
I’m getting mine done from Vancity Vinyl in Richmond, they have very competitive pricing and have worked on tons of Teslas. The owner Jacky is great, I would highly recommend them
Not really FOMO, we use the lumbar support on our Lexus, also having an inferior auto pilot is a let down. I know with software upgrades it should get better but still. It rains a lot in Vancouver
Anyone else concerned/feeling short changed taking delivery on the new Model 3/Y? Maybe I’m reading too much into the no radar, the lumbar support is something we’ve used so that is a major disappointment
Friend of mine got a car in January, I just feel short changed that his will have a few...
