There’s also a program called DCAP which you can stack onto additional grant on top of CVAP and CVRP. If you’re eligible.I’m a little confused I thought that the CVRP program only gave $2,000 per Model 3 ordered, is this different for other parts of California (I’m in Los Angeles)? I’ll attach a screenshot of what the website shows me in case I’m looking at wrong info.View attachment 643928
Oh wow, have you tried it? how does that work? it doesn't say Tesla on their approved dealershipThere’s also a program called DCAP which you can stack onto additional grant on top of CVAP and CVRP. If you’re eligible.
DCAP and CVAP are not stackable.Oh wow, have you tried it? how does that work? it doesn't say Tesla on their approved dealership
I have a question. Does the 5k CVAP apply to the down payment, i.e "amount due"? I'm doing Tesla finance and planning to put down 10k. So is the amount due gonna be 5k when it shows up on my account?
Awesome. Thank you!Yes, it will be added as a down payment.
awww man. finger crossed for you!I’ve attempted to call CvAP with no luck. I have delivery of MY SR 5 seater next week. Would suck if I had to push it out and lose my VIN. MY SR will be tough to get due to the Discontinuation.
Applied 12/23 still listed as “Under Review”any updates on approvals/dates?
I don’t think anyone from January has been approved. The only Jan approval I saw was for a different grantMan that’s unfortunate. I saw users posting their applications being approved from early January.
Yeah, if people were getting accepted from January, that seems to be just about a two month turnaround time... I'd expect January applicants to hear back in the next three weeks or so, I applied second week of February so I'm thinking late April to mid May based from what I've seen here, and what I've heard from CVAP.I don’t think anyone from January has been approved.
