Not sure about the motives for camouflaging this car in such attention grabbing ways
It is industry standard practice to camouflage vehicles in this way. High contrast busy line prints make it almost impossible to pick up the physical lines of the car body on camera.
Found an interesting graphic about efficiency. It compares electric cars and fuel cell vehicles.

Interesting points from the article (mind you this could be Fox's statement our Toyota's own):
- Expect to sell "tens of thousands" in 5-6 years
- Better range (300 miles) than the current leading electric car
My take: tens of thousands in 5-6 years is nothing=compliance car only. Toyota want FCVs grouped as "electric cars".
It seems that the launch of a competing fcv technology car, Mirai, from no less than titan Toyota, has zero effects on TSLA sp.
