I think the recently updated the site to finally reflect the FUSC status. I’d fully expect once the check gets cut for that status to change... and if it doesn’t, don’t post about it, just keep it on the DL.

Got my refund confirmation email on 12/21 and the check arrived today. Very happy Tesla did the right thing by us Stealth owners in the end.

I’m on my 3rd email for mobile service, not counting two in person visits with promises to be contacted since July.
Second email for my $5K refund for FUSC exchange.
Not one response for anything, other than one email stating I would be contacted on 11/2/18.
The sad part is they have contacted me multiple times for home efficiency products. Why would I buy something else when they won’t fix what I purchase in July...
Like others stated, staff have always been friendly, but they do show you the door saying someone will contact you and this has never been true in my case.

I emailed Tesla on 12/21/18 (after originally being denied because I didn't have PUP) for the refund and received email confirmation that I was now eligible shortly after. Refund check arrived today. I'm very impressed on how Tesla cleaned this situation and process up.

I received my 5K check today from Tesla. Only 5 days after email confirmation. They are getting super quick now.

FYI my check came today, no confirmation email past them asking for a mailing address.
Mine came as well but I haven't checked the mail in a few days, so don't know exactly when it came in.
Just got the confirmation email back (i.e. "are you sure") after 8 days. Just FYI.
Just got my check today! I loved the car before, but the previous outcome we were being told seriously gave me some negative emotions. This has 100% rectified my emotions; kudos to Tesla... *...C..L....A..P......Clap* (slow clap).
Now, I can’t wait to start the emotion roller coaster ride over again with the Model Y for my wife!
