My SA went MIA. Won’t answer texts, emails, calls. I have been reaching out to the Delivery Specialist and she responds with absolutely no info. All she says is things look good on the account. She won’t answer my question

Ordered on 4/10, the estimate date stays on Jun2-22 and Jun3-23 for almost a week, and now pushed back to Jun10-30.....

Maybe I am in east coast thats why? Picking up in Brooklyn NYC, anyone has the same situation or pickup location?

Mine is doing the same thing, ordered 4/19. i think they are bracketing the mid June to the end of the quarter. Will be interesting to see what happens over the next couple of weeks

my frustration level has gotten very high from this. i understand this is how tesla works but the customer service is horrible.

I’m in Jersey and ordered on 4/5. My dates had been fairly consistent between mid-May and early June. This morning it shifted to June 17 - June 30

My dates also match that. Order date 4/28

Fingers crossed for you. I’m the same with black interior and had similar dates for awhile that got pushed to end of June. Now I’m showing 7-9 weeks. Ordered 4/28. Taking delivery in Renton.

New here and I've tried searching so apologies if this has been answered.

My SA advised me to NOT to complete my credit application and says it won't affect my delivery time even though I've gotten a text from Tesla saying that it might. His logic was to avoid unnecessary credit checks. Just wondering if anyone has any insight on this. I'm anxious to make sure I'm doing everything to get it ASAP.

I wouldn't listen to this - I didn't complete the app, and I saw a car with my exact specs pop up in inventory. My SA (who told me not to complete it originally) then said hey, complete the app so it can match you if one comes up sooner. YMMV, but I just figured the potential credit hit is better than ever slipping dates.

I just left him another message. I'll let you know what he says. But last time we spoke (two weeks ago) he said my VIN would be coming in the next week or two. But that time came and went.

If you go back in this thread to Q1, you'll see almost nobody took delivery before March. I don't think any of us will see our cars in the next two weeks.

My question is: what exactly is going on in Fremont? Anyone live close by? Any activity?

Ordered in So Cal at a showroom 5/3 delivery date has been showing 6/13-6/30 since dates showed up. Hopefully it sticks.

Hello All. I just wanted to know and what to expect with these current model y delivery times. I ordered mine on the 31st of March and on my account currently am seeing an expected delivery date of April 30 to May 20. It keeps changing. Are they usually accurate, can they be early? Thanks.

Hi there I ordered on May 10 and delivery says 5-12 weeks. I live in south Florida. Curious to see if it changes.
