Any one with a recent VIN assignment and a September EDD see an update yet? Still nothing here for me. Tried reaching out to chat to see if I could get any better insight. He thought it was completely odd and emailed my SA and their Sup. for some further digging so I guess we will see if anything comes of that...I asked if he could GPS the car and he said he could not so not sure if he got no result (bad omen) or if he just can't do it... really hoping this is not shaping up to be a repeat episode

If you’re still in need of an answer to your angry, angry question: yes, the person who you replied to, who said in the last sentence of the post you quoted that they are getting a loan, seems likely to be getting a loan.

Another Q for those of you who ordered accessories from the store and lost your VIN:

I ordered a Tow Hitch and I emailed them my VIN (they asked for it) but obv. it changed... hoping that it didn't go to the new owners SC and is still coming to mine... I emailed them but no response... shocking... anyone have any experience?

The closest one for me is over 100 miles away...easier said than done unfortunately for many of us that don't live near one.

First long family road trip in my new Y planned! Going to drive to New Orleans from Springfield, IL, and spend 6 days there. Perhaps I’m naive but I’m not worried about charging at all. I feel like I did my homework before I bought this EV and there’s nothing to worry about. But I see people on Facebook talking about having range anxiety and such, so It’s like reverse fomo or something; Makes me think I should be worried, lol. I ordered a 14-50 adapter weeks ago and tracking says I should have it 2 days before we leave. But I don’t think it an absolute must have for a road trip. Hotel we are staying at doesn’t have destination charging but I see there’s a supercharger in the city. Also planning on a day trip to Biloxi while there. Will take my mobile charger and couple of different adapters I own with us, just in case.

Anyone have any personal experience with the area I’d appreciate any tips. Our first time there. Staying near the Warehouse District.

I have already done that. I have ordered a multitude of items that are sitting in the garage. I already got the power done...had an electrician here on Thursday last week and finished that up. I think I have 3 more items I ordered yet to come in and then I don't want to order any more until after the car is here.

Mine is still September, SA has no visibility. I’m gonna check on Tuesday to see if it moves from this ambiguous September to something different. I have to imagine with a 225 vintage, it’s a more recent make (considering 223s were delivered June 30) but it’s all speculation at this point. I do know I’ve shared the new VIN with the credit union and my insurance, but will hold off on having them action on it until the day before delivery.

Did a road trip to New Orleans last year in our Model 3 from Greenville, SC. No issues at all. I have the SR+ so much less range than the Y. You don't even really have to think about it to be honest. The car does all the planning for you. A new Supercharger just opened up in New Orleans which will make it even easier for you near the Warehouse District. We had to charge in Slidell when we went last year. Went through Biloxi and stayed the night there too and rented a boat for the day.

Had a blast and the road trip was a piece of cake. You'll have no trouble at all. Have fun!!

Just these dates are beyond me.
I ordered May 26 and have 07/28 - 08/17.
At this point these dates are soo irrelevant.
I just don’t get why I keep stressing it.

I don’t know how much longer I can handle this lol ordered may 16th. Been stuck on 7/8-7/26. I’m worried about having to reapply for the loan. Ughh. I’m sure my family is annoyed with me, as all I do is read these forums and watch videos. Hoping your comes quickly for you !

I ordered mine a day before yours. My date just changed to July 9 to 29 - I was stuck in September purgatory for a week plus, too.

Ordered 5/9 with July 7 -27 EDD, but I’m in NorCal and two hours away from Fremont.

The long journey is over! I got my Tesla two days ago (they sure did wait to the last day in June ) I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! My delivery specialist kept me updated the entire time throughout the shipping process. I waited approximately two weeks from when it arrived in Honolulu to finally get it shipped on a barge to my island. All the frustration left when I got behind the wheel. Just wanted to do a quick check in and update on my fantastic ride!

When do you except order of the car? Is it when it hits Oahu or when it makes it here to BI? We are going to be selling my 4Runner and rolling that $ into the down payment but we don’t want to do it too early and I’m out of a car longer then I need to be. Thank you for any info!!

Thank you! So awesome you’ll be getting your MY soon! What exactly do you mean about the acceptance date? You’ll receive an email from your delivery specialist on Oahu. They will FedEx you paperwork about the shipping and delivery. I’m going to PM you with more information.

I am really convincing myself more and more of my previous hypothesis that they are just all on vacation and no one has entered any news tracking data into their systems for the EDD to update
