The EDD's have been fluctuating between August-September ± 1 day for me the past couple weeks.
I can't wait to be free from the shackles of forums related to delivery dates...

Congrats! Post some pictures when you get it. I have the exact same spec MYP on order as you, ordered 7/8, in the Bay Area as well. Hopefully this is a sign my vin will come in the next week or two!

Probably a dumb question, but I've seen many people mention "their SA"...where can I find out who my SA is? I've checked my Tesla page and the order agreement but can't seen to find that info.

I've been working with my SA since my test drive a couple weeks before placing my order. He and I exchanged emails after I placed my order as he guided me through my profile completion.

I heard that too but someone else just upload your current insurance as a place holder. It took it even though it’s not the right VIN.

Really? Hmmm… I mean, it can’t hurt to try and see what happens. But it specially says NJ as one of the states that need to wait for VIN.

My dates have changed 16 times in 4 weeks... hahaha. I added my own insurance today as your experiment. Let's see if my dates change to a closer date!

Added my insurance on Thursday and date has stayed the same 8/22 - 8/27

I received an email within about an hour with an assigned SA from Las Vegas even though my delivery is in Austin.

Did you do a test drive at the Tesla showroom / delivery center where your car is going to be delivered?

I did not actually do an official test drive with Tesla. I only "test" drove my siblings' cars.

Even for online orders your order has a SA “assigned”. However it seems a lot of them (like mine as well) never bother to contact you. If you call a service center they can look you up and get get you your SA’s contact info. However, it’s unlikely they’ll be helpful considering they never contacted to begin with

They are about as lost as customers. I just spoke to them again to change my payment method to cash, so my credit doesn't get pulled every 60 days. It's kind of messed up they shift expectations. I had the initial EDD in September, moved up to August, and then I get a VIN 17 days ago. My advisor stated deliveries occur within about 10 days of a VIN being issued and that seems to be the average on the TMC spreadsheet. At this point, I'm just readjusting my expectations.

Yea totally I’m getting the same, not much information as to why taking longer after getting VIN but yea I’ve just resided to waiting as patiently as I can, least I’m not alone with everyone else waiting too! Hang in there everyone

I ordered a MYLR 7 seater. White inside and out. Standard wheels. No FSD. No tow hitch. My estimated delivery was in November. Then went to November. Now it’s October 15th to November 4th.

I did my order July 24th. Completed my profile same day.

I’m in Upstate NY.

As already mentioned, a Service Advisor is assigned to you once you place an order, even if it's done online and with you never stepping foot inside of a Tesla store.

Your assigned SA is somebody who's located in the closest Tesla store to your address. Sometimes if you place an order online, your SA will send out a 'welcome' email, but that varies between people as some are more friendly & proactive than others.

If you don't know who your SA is, you can either go into any Tesla store or call any Tesla store and ask them who your assigned SA is by giving them your order number. Calling a Tesla store may be easier to get a live person than calling a delivery center. Also another way to find out who your SA is would be to email [email protected] and they can also look up that info, and sometimes will cc your SA on their reply email back to you. You're not going to find any info about your SA online or on your Tesla account.

You should be assigned one. Who should reach out to you via email. If you live close by a showroom you can drop by and ask them to look them up. I went today to get my MYP fix test drive
