Does 2019.5.15 update have 5% power boost?

I have a chance to go the drag strip today and test the improvement in the 1/8th mile......but I need to know for sure if we got the 5% bump today. I am so selfish lol

Non scientific test this morning. Got a complaint of mild difficulty breathing on hard acceleration off a red light with the dual motor nonperformance with 18 inch aero wheels.

how do they measure the power? Is that an app or something?

Placebo or not, quite a few people on reddit have reported that it feels a little punchier off the line. I have a P3D and it seems joltier than last week, too. Maybe they messed with the acceleration curve?

I think it's good idea to occasionally charge to 100% but unless you plan to immediately use 5-10% I wouldn't do it.​

That's what I've been wondering. I've also been hoping Tesla comes out with something that normalizes pedal sensitivity at varying battery SOC. The pedal sensitivity feels much sportier at 90% vs <60%

I'm not sure. I'm curious as well.

I'm confused, shouldn't it pull more power at higher speeds, as air drag is increasing exponentially with velocity?

I think the dumbed down the pedal for the first 20%. This is annoying me.

This is very confusing - I have a LR RWD with the 5.15 update and charged to 100% last night - it showed a range of 314 miles, 4 more than usual.

My P3D feels punchier than before. I don't believe it was a placebo effect because I wasn't "expecting" or looking for the power bump.
