107 degrees at high noon today in the SF Valley!
I opened my window and rested my elbow on the door and grasped the top of the sill in a typical 'chillin driving move.
Only I came to the realization that the wrap was keeping the car cool to the touch.
Typically with a non-wrapped car, my hand would have been scorched!
Score another point for wrapping!

Under the frunk. I asked them not to wrap that so I could reminisce, and show others, what color it used to be.

Can you please take a picture of what you are looking for on your car, post it here, and then I'll try to take the same picture on my car for comparo

I have to admit that I was not a fan of the look of the exterior color combo. Now that I see the car from different angles my mind has changed. It looks amazing. Well done. Fit and finish look first class. Maybe a black and red or a blue and black next?
Still debating on selling the NSX and getting a Roadster and having you wrap it.

Whilst many people heard of the B-I-G announcement yesterday, what may have gone under the radar were the other 2 underlings & "A Tesla The Hun!" had a front row seat to all 3. Franz even pulled Elon out to the parking lot just minutes before his announcement to do a viewing and seating in "The Hun!" as well as Elie's "People's Choice". I will post pictures of that later or you can go to A-E Facebook page.

In the mean time these characters announced that they are putting on a police-escorted "Tour de Tesla" SoCal Tesla Run on Sun 9/8/13.
I'll post more details in the other thread about that.

Additionally, the new CCI cup holder was released. Can't tell you how many owners don't read TMC and were not aware of the CCI option... now they are!
By the way, today is the 1st day of summer & where's that Tesla OEM Console? I guess that Tesla has 3 more months on that!

With wrapping, it seems the sky's the limit! Whilst I know that beauty is in the eye of the beholder, I can tell you that pictures don't do it justice and even night time does not do it justice.
You have to see it in person and in the sun & then, for better or for worse, it is a show stopper! Thanx!

More modifications may becoming as I've had time to think (AKA-get bored of the old ones). In the mean time, "The Hun!" was always coming to TESlive, but now I've done some changes to my family vacation and am leaving them early so that I can come to TESlive on Saturday morning. Of course my registration did come with the following disclaimer:
"TMC has the right to refuse any person from attending this event if they do any self-promotional posts!"

Having seen your car first on this thread and then live this past weekend at Teslive, I must say I think it looks MUCH better in person than it comes across in photos. My 13 year old son thought your car and the "People's Choice" one next to it were about the coolest things he's ever seen!

"The Hun!" made it back to the mother-ship

Thank you for the kudos.

I think the nicest back-handed complement I got at Teslive was, "hmmm, you're not as pompous as your posts would suggest!"
It's never been about me, its always been how to get Tesla noticed in other-than-EV circles to grow the brand!

That being said, I'm glad you agree that "The Hun!" brushed aluminum looks MUCH better in the sun than on a computer screen.
"The Hun!" made it back to the mother-ship and they did not recognize her at the factory!

Ian, how did you avoid denting your hood when you did the splash dive for the Sunday drive photo? At least I hope you avoided denting it, I don't think I would trust laying across that big piece of aluminum.
Nigel- Now that you've met me, I think you'll validate that I do things before I think them through!
Shoot 1st & ask questions later is one motto. Luckily, MOST times I come out unscathed.
I did hear the frunk buckle underneath my massive belly girth but luckily it popped back!
Next time maybe I'll ask the more diminutive Leilani Munter to pose for a photo laying on "The Hun!"'s frunk!

It's ok, you can send it my way.
I tried to give you positive reputation mark on this but it said
"You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to brianman again."
I must have a man-crush!

Tesla @ Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance's Concorso Italiano 2013

So "The Hun!" was invited on the Italian Stampede to drive up to Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance, police motorcade escorted the whole way from Chatsworth to Monterey tagging along with 100 Italian exotics including multiple Ferraris and Lamborghinis! We stopped half way at Harris Ranch to refuel. The gas guzzlers were lined up at the gas station as I just plugged in to the Supercharger and went to eat! When I came out, I had 265 'rated' miles for the 130 miles the GPS said I needed where we went through a curvey 2-lane road, highway 198, cutting through to the 101. With the pedal-to-the-metal driving, I arrived at the Gilroy SuperCharger with 5 miles left!

The next day, all da boyz (& a few girlz too) took their Italian toys on the greens to Concorso Italiano. With the "anything you can do, I can do better" confidence of a Tesla owner, I too took "The Hun!" on the greens at Laguna Seca Golf Ranch, Monterey California, only, I already knew that, coincidentally, Tesla Motors was sponsoring a booth there. I was happy to see the Tesla employees and they had a spot for me next to their tent. Here's some pictures that were snapped:
