Existing Inventory *unicorns*

Lots of people already have unicorns (most SR+ delivered this quarter), there's no new MCU in them as far as I am aware. It's _possible_ Q1 cars could have them, but I doubt we'll know until the first of those get delivered.
The new MCU, internal lithium battery (no more lead acid!) and the rear double glazing are what intrigues me the most. Those cars will be the real 'unicorns' imo.
 
why do these unicorns exist? Are all new models going to have these specs eventually or why do these "unicorns" seem to have it
The short of it is.. they're upgrading the battery in the base model, but they're also putting in a slightly less powerful motor. However, this quarter, they shipped cars with the new battery and the old motor. Hence the "unicorn" or unique combo. The next batch of cars will have the same range / battery, but slightly slower acceleration.
