This is my first post here.
We have a X90D on order, so I've been reading up on the vehicle to feel more prepared. A common thread, especially lately, is the quality of the FWD doors.
By quality, I mostly mean their reliability/functioning. Example problems: Do they open/close properly in the various modes (full open, low open, close open)? Do they click, snap, or rub on chrome trim or other parts? Do they leak air/water into the cabin? Do they contact the front doors or any other part of the car they should not contact?
There are so many stories of issues with the doors that it definitely creates a perception that any X driver should feel lucky each time they open successfully. Since forums like this are usually filled with complaints (who wants to post "My doors worked properly" every day?), I thought it might be helpful to fight the negativity bias with a quick poll of as many X drivers as possible.
So, let's cast a wider net and (maybe) help those of us like myself who are waiting on an order and getting anxious about the X's FWD being a reliability mess
