So I got ahold of the release. Quite a few changes from the Beta. It also looks like they halted the roll out. It appears that any cars with it already staged have had it yanked off.
Maybe there's a problem?
Daar zullen ze neem ik aan gewoon de eerste SuC van je trip mee bedoelen.Hier:
I hope it's better than the sequencing they were doing at the Model X reveal event last September.I wouldn't bother. With this update it appears as if the rollout is very slow and selective. There is no purpose jumping to the front of the line when they're calling numbers.
Alarm clock is still there on my screen. Car is currently in a parking garage with 1 bar of LTE. I'm not going to start the install here, don't want to risk getting stranded if something goes haywire. In about half an hour I'll be at home connected to my WiFi and plugged in. Given Ingineer's concerns I think I'll wait an hour or two to see if the staged update gets yanked off then.So if they yanked it, there must be a damn good reason. You probably don't want it on your car.

Excuse my ignorance Ingineer, but yanking means an actual roll back to 36.31 without explanation to the so-far-to-date recipients? And if queued but not installed, then a halt on it?So if they yanked it, there must be a damn good reason. You probably don't want it on your car.
Is this a manual yanking? Or does the FW installer ask for permission again before an already staged update is getting installed? So if they yanked it, there must be a damn good reason. You probably don't want it on your car.
Would someone explain how "Cabin Overheat Protection" work?
Can it be turned off?
The problem with giving owner a choice is: one unlucky day, a driver may manually turn it off at a wrong time!

I'm seriously hoping they realized that someone forgot the letter shortcuts in the song list for USB media and that they are hurrying to get it back in.What has changed?
You don't need internet to install once it's staged. But yeah, I think I'd drive home and make sure they don't yank it later. They'll be sending out a new version soon that fixes whatever they found to halt the rollout.Alarm clock is still there on my screen. Car is currently in a parking garage with 1 bar of LTE.
