Free 10000 super charger miles with Dec 2022 deliveries won't get added until January 2023

I took delivery of 2023 Model Y on Dec 17th 2022 and I was told that I will get 10K free super charger miles. After I took delivery, I am now told that I won't see those in my account until Jan 2023. They are not even sure if they will be added on what date in Jan. The super charger miles should be used within 2 years of delivery. This is ridiculous that they are not added on delivery but should be used within 2 years from delivery.

Anyone has similar experience?

They’re supposed to be added Jan 6. I think the common response you will get here is to chill out. You’ll have like 710 days to use them.

yes, Yesterday and they gave me for free some panel gaps which they said was "in spec"!! GRRRRR

I just charged at a free public charger for about 30 minutes and forgot to precondition. lol

I took delivery in 2020 when they had a 1000 free SC miles if it was a December delivery. They were added in January 2021.

It is not a matter of revenue, they have been doing this for a few years now. Just makes it easier for them to update in bulk and I think they reconcile VIN numbers and delivery dates and doing it in Jan just gives them more time

Superchargers bill by kWh, not miles. Is there a standard conversion from "10,000 free miles" to kWh credit?
