HK: Model S Deposit date - confirmation - Sequence # - expected delivery

I don't know when it happened but the dash now said "Your Model S is in transit from the factory." So I quickly logout from my iPhone Tesla Motor App and login using my sister's Id. It let me login but it said " No Vehicles linked to this My Tesla Account, your vehicle may not be ready". I hope it means the GPS has been turned off.

Does any one know how to get multiple MSs on the smart phone app without having to logout, then login, then logout?

you need another device, like iPhone, iPad, or one of the android devices.
 
Update~

Linda call me tonight, and she told me my car is actually in HK instead of USA...

so basically my car went on the ship and sneak itself into HK, and nobody in HK knows my car is ready to be delivered and thats why nobody ever contacted me...

I will be getting my car on Aug 6th.

BTW, 100% confirmed the Vin number and Sequence number DO NOT relate to delivery schedule.

Each car has to be linked to your "My Tesla" account and then multiple Model S's will show up. The linking of the car to the account is usually done by the delivery specialist. In your case, you probably have to log out and log back in, since you and your sister will have different "My Tesla" accounts.

It's amazing anything gets delivered, right? Patience is definitely needed with startups and especially aggressively growing ones and you might see this as battle scars worn proudly when looking back at it.

I'm sure the staff is very new and the systems are changing right from under them. I think Tesla is deploying a new CRM, which might actually aggravate things in the short term.

In any case, congratulations! Just don't be too mad if it is August 7th, or 8th, or 9th. :smile:

Good, if your car is already in HK then mine is here too. Last Tue, my DS told me the ship was delayed (supposed to get here last Tue) and new delivery schedule is 31st. This morning I emailed him and asked any updates about the ship's arrival and he replied me "will call me shortly".

and I still waiting for his call, guess Linda is a better person to ask....

Definitely feeling better.

Question rise up even after the problem seems to be solved. How can they miss an inventory?and most importantly, what if I never sent a complaint letter to Linda?

I am still greatly disappointed that the delivery does not go with sequence number, and it is obvious that there is no need to rush ordering a Tesla !!!!
 
Just before the first TMC members will get their cars, but after initial deliveries at the delivery event, here is a history snapshot for later reference.

got a respond from my DS. my car est delivery is mid.Oct.

My car was deposited, 2013-feb , confirmed 2014-2-26, production on 6-15, so it is now sitting at USA dock waiting for the next next batch of ship vessel to hk? srly ?

btw my car is Sig red, grey wheels and Tan interior. just like the "DAVE" car at the event.

Signature red? So a signature car not delivered until mid October? Or production car with the normal red colour?
