How long is it reasonable to wait for a response to a service request?

Hi everyone
I logged a service request on Sunday 4th June as my steering/suspension has started squeaking badly (again!!) It's still at the "preparation" stage in the App with no other response. I have even updated the notes to offer an audio file of issue and then a subsequent "hello, anybody there" message . How long should I leave it before escalating to Tesla Service direct?
 
Newcastle SC is a joke too. Car booking date was changed until a part arrived then booked in for a 48hr turn around, 9 days later I'm still waiting for my car back. Messages ignored, or I'm given a 'scripted reply' so Tesla support is poor. Had my car for 3 months and this is its 2nd visit to a SC for a 2nd fault thats appeared.
 
Usually have reply next business dayish. I do seem to have stopped getting notifications on my android phone when they reply tho, so have been manually checking when needed.

Also squeeking suspension 🙄.
